Offers are made on the partner buyer's own site, reached through the offer button on the home page, and this site never sees what you enter there. Once you accept an offer, questions about the driver, the time or the check go to the buyer, not here: the buyer's help page says the carrier's name and contact details are in your account on the buyer's site and in the texts and emails the buyer sends you. How the offer works describes each step as the buyer publishes it.
