Privacy
This site has no form, no account and no tracking of its own, so most of this page is about what happens when you leave it: the offer button opens the partner buyer's site, and a call or an email reaches a person through a carrier or a mail forwarder, each with records of its own.
What this site does not do
There is no form to fill in, no account to create, no newsletter and no comment box. No analytics service, advertising tag, tracking pixel or social widget runs on any page, and this site's own code sets no cookies. Each page carries one small script written for this site, which opens and closes the menu on a phone. The home page adds one more, which fades its sections in as you scroll and counts up a figure; where a page has a video, a further script plays a file stored on this domain when you press play. None of them stores anything on your device or sends anything to another server. Fonts and pictures are served from this domain, and the server tells your browser to load scripts and images from this domain only.
What a visit leaves behind
This site's own code keeps no record of a page view: no visitor log, no profile, no list of what you read. The pages are delivered by Cloudflare's network, which sees each request the way any web host does, including the network address it came from, the page asked for and the browser type, and handles that under its own terms. This site ties none of it to you.
The offer button
The offer button on the home page opens the partner buyer's site in a new tab. From that moment the buyer's own privacy policy applies, not this one: read the buyer's privacy policy before you enter the car's details. The link carries a publisher code, so the buyer knows the referral came from this site, and your browser sends the address of the page you clicked from, because the link asks it to, so the buyer knows which page referred you. The buyer's policy says its site gathers information through "cookies, pixels, web beacons, analytics services, and tracking technologies". What you type there goes to the buyer, under the buyer's policy, and is not sent back to this site.

When you call or text the number
(332) 456-9629 is a number from a telephone carrier's service, set to forward each call to a person's phone. The carrier keeps its own call log, with the number you called from, the number you dialed and the time, under its own terms. This site does not record calls and stores nothing about them. A text to the number is saved, with your number, the time and a link to any picture you attached, in a private inbox only the people who run this site can open. Nothing replies automatically.
When you email
Mail to help@sellmycarnewyorkcity.com passes through the domain's mail-forwarding service to a mailbox a person reads. Your message is kept the way ordinary correspondence is kept, to answer you and to fix a page if you reported an error. It is not added to any list, and it is not passed to the partner buyer unless you ask for that.
Links to agency pages
Every source link under a section opens, in a new tab, a page run by New York State, New York City or a federal agency, or one of the partner buyer's own pages, under that site's terms; this site receives nothing back about your visit there.
